Job Overview
We are seeking candidates urgently for a Computer Operations position based in Bankura Town, West Bengal. This role involves full in-house back office responsibilities with a focus on maintaining and monitoring computer systems.
Work Schedule and Salary
The job requires an 8-hour workday with Sundays off. The monthly salary ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 INR.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the proper functioning of computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Ensure daily monitoring of system operations and update information accordingly.
- Maintain and update the customer database, including registering daily customer complaints.
- Apply and adhere to security protocols to safeguard computer systems and data.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must have at least a High School (H.S) pass certificate; graduates and above are also eligible.
