Compliance Analyst

Overview

This role is offered through a partner organization operating in the United Kingdom. The Compliance Analyst will be instrumental in advancing global ethics and compliance programs, particularly focusing on strengthening third-party risk management and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across international divisions. The successful candidate will conduct thorough due diligence, evaluate compliance risks, and work alongside various teams to uphold internal policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform risk-driven due diligence on both existing and potential third-party collaborators, emphasizing Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance.
• Gather and analyze data from public records, screening tools, and other sources to evaluate compliance exposures.
• Record findings, conduct risk evaluations, and propose recommendations for leadership assessment.
• Support in deep-dive investigations, resolve issues, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure maintenance of comprehensive third-party risk files, documentation, and databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline partner onboarding, manage due diligence workflows, and enforce compliance standards.
• Manage compliance software, screening systems, and due diligence platforms to optimize operations.
• Produce reports and analyze compliance metrics to uncover patterns and suggest process enhancements.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of compliance guidelines, training content, and knowledge bases to ensure consistent practices.
• Work with regional and global personnel to assist monitoring efforts, audits, certifications, and other compliance projects.
• Engage in continual improvement initiatives related to Ethics & Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Background in Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, Audit, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Good grasp of anti-bribery and corruption rules, due diligence techniques, and risk-based compliance strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking to assess complex multi-source data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capability to prioritize independently and operate efficiently in a fast-moving global context.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI or analogous data analytics software.
• Well-developed organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate across departments internationally while safeguarding confidentiality and ethics.
