Key Responsibilities

• Design, initiate, and oversee management of our Discord community ecosystem.
• Develop impactful engagement initiatives to boost participation, collaboration, and long-term member retention.
• Build communities around software engineering, startups, gaming, creators, digital advertising, and emerging tech fields.
• Encourage respectful, constructive discussions catering to both newcomers and experienced professionals.
• Create frameworks supporting contribution, mentorship, learning, and collaborative efforts.
• Engage with developer networks, universities, creators, gaming groups, and professional ecosystems to source exceptional technical and non-technical talent aligned with our mission.
• Assist recruiting efforts through sourcing and relationship development originating from community channels.
• Convert community participants into contributors, advocates, applicants, and team members via strategic funnel creation.
• Plan and implement Discord-centric events like AMAs, workshops, hackathons, forums, networking sessions, community challenges, and live occasions.
• Champion initiatives enhancing member participation, ownership, and community longevity.
• Support social media campaigns that amplify community growth and engagement.
• Translate the company’s vision, culture, and mission into engaging community communications.
• Manage community announcements, newsletters, and coordinated outreach campaigns.
• Represent the organization professionally across digital and public platforms.
