About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance and personal care to women with disabilities living in a shared home environment.
- Deliver customized support aimed at fostering independence and skill development.
- Help facilitate social activities to enhance participants’ engagement and growth.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both participants and their families.
- Keep thorough and accurate records ensuring safe and compliant practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a compassionate and optimistic approach toward care.
- Maintain calmness, patience, and confidence when supporting individuals with complex behaviors.
- Possess creative problem-solving skills and thrive within a collaborative team setting.
- Previous experience in disability support is highly regarded.
- Availability to work all hours throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, overnight shifts, both active and sleepovers.
- Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
- Must have clear NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History Record Check.
- Provide two professional references.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
