Community Manager - Public Sector Digital Transformation

About the Role

Adecco is collaborating with the public sector to recruit a Community Manager focused on digital transformation initiatives. This role involves enhancing community engagement through organizing events, managing the knowledge repository, promoting stakeholder collaboration, and initiating projects to improve knowledge sharing and organizational connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive community growth and engagement by promoting collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Organize and manage community events, forums, and engagement programs to facilitate knowledge exchange and stakeholder cohesion.
• Maintain and update the community knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, well-structured, current, and easily accessible.
• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated content such as summaries and knowledge articles to maintain quality and pertinence.
• Collect and analyze community feedback, track engagement levels, and identify improvements for the community experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to support program execution and nurture a positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience in community management, event coordination, or stakeholder engagement roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a strong enthusiasm for community development.
• Exposure to the Singapore Government or public sector environment is advantageous.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
