Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is for a Commi 3 / Kitchen Helper. The person in this role will support the kitchen team with day-to-day food preparation, maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, and help uphold food safety and hygiene practices. The role also includes following standard recipes, handling basic cooking support tasks, and contributing to efficient kitchen operations.

Key Duties

• Assist with preparing ingredients for daily kitchen use.
• Support the culinary team with fundamental cooking and prep activities.
• Keep the kitchen area tidy, sanitary, and well arranged.
• Follow hygiene practices and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Work from recipes and instructions with care and accuracy.
• Help maintain smooth workflow and efficiency in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience with food prep and a basic grasp of cooking methods.
• Solid awareness of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with teammates.
• Basic culinary ability and the discipline to follow recipes and directions precisely.
• Strong attention to detail, good organization, and comfort working in a busy environment.
• Prior work in a kitchen or food service environment is an added advantage.
