Job Description

The Commercial Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the accounts and commercial team by managing the invoice process for various projects. This includes coordinating invoice preparation and submission, validating invoices before processing, ensuring timely processing in collaboration with the accounts department, and maintaining thorough MIS reports along with commercial tracking records. This full-time position is based onsite at the company's head office.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to prepare and submit invoices accurately and on schedule.
Conduct thorough invoice validation prior to processing approval.
Liaise with the accounts department to facilitate prompt payment processing.
Ensure all bills and supporting documentation comply with accounting standards and are submitted timely.
Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and track commercial data systematically.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounts or commercial operations.
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for reporting purposes.
Exhibit effective communication and coordination skills to collaborate seamlessly with project and accounts teams.
