Collection Executive / Officer

Overview

Shri Radhe Krishna Management Services is urgently seeking Collection / Recovery Executives to join their team immediately. This role, based in Delhi-NCR, focuses on telephonic recovery and customer payment follow-ups with a dynamic work environment and attractive incentives.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments.
• Regularly follow up on pending EMIs and bills to ensure timely collections.
• Provide assistance and resolve customer queries concerning payments.
• Keep detailed records of calls made and update collection statuses accordingly.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets set by the company.

Eligibility Requirements

• Completed at least 12th grade education.
• Proficient in basic Hindi and English communication skills.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling roles.
• Basic computer skills are essential for managing call records and updates.

Working Conditions

• Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Workdays are Monday through Saturday.
