Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Cluster Manager will oversee operational aspects of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring strong financial results and adherence to quality standards. Key duties include leading teams, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role involves mentoring restaurant managers, driving business growth, improving operational workflows, and managing reporting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple units to ensure seamless functioning.
• Drive financial performance and monitor budgets to achieve targets.
• Lead and inspire teams to maintain high productivity and morale.
• Enhance guest experience by maintaining service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and uphold quality assurance protocols.
• Develop business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Prepare reports and handle administrative duties efficiently.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to restaurant managers for their professional growth.
• Identify and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Holders of Bachelor degrees such as BHM or BHMCT in Hotel Management.
• Alternatively, candidates with B.B.A. or B.M.S. degrees specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Compensation

The position offers an annual salary ranging from 650,000 to 750,000 INR.
