Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and flexible Client Success Relationship Manager to join our Client Services team. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role focuses on managing client interactions, supporting successful implementations, fostering ongoing client relationships, delivering presentations that highlight our program's value, driving account expansion, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain robust client relationships by maintaining consistent communication and outreach.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, anticipating their requirements and addressing any issues swiftly.
• Conduct compelling presentations across various client levels to showcase the benefits of our services and products.
• Oversee contractual obligations and ensure timely delivery of contracted services.
• Collaborate effectively across departments including clinical services, operations, and analytics to align client expectations.
• Facilitate clear and accurate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring client feedback is conveyed.
• Recognize and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and market developments.
• Interact directly with community members to gather insights regarding their needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Apply community feedback to guide strategic organizational decisions and initiatives.
• Maintain active engagement within the community, underscoring the organization's commitment to fostering community health and well-being.
• Be prepared to travel up to 25% of the time to client locations for face-to-face meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client-facing roles such as account or client management.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, particularly interacting with health insurance plans including Medicaid, Medicare, and SNP.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000.
