Opportunity Overview

Join Qube's Tauranga team in a full-time, permanent role focused on client services and logistics coordination within an administration domain. This position requires no previous industry experience but demands high organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep operational processes running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Work Schedule and Benefits

  • Guaranteed minimum of 40 working hours per week.
  • Weekly payment with KiwiSaver contributions and complimentary health insurance.
  • Full-time work of 42.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, plus Saturday mornings from 7am to 12pm as required.
  • Receive thorough on-the-job training alongside a supportive team environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, supplying accurate information in timely and agreed formats.
  • Prepare daily client reports and scrutinize discrepancies impacting key performance indicators and stock turnover.
  • Maintain effective client relationships through professional phone and radio communications.
  • Coordinate depot operations to facilitate efficient container movement while keeping clients well-informed.

Candidate Profile

  • Eagerness to learn with no prerequisite industry experience necessary.
  • Effective and confident communicator in both verbal and written forms.
  • Excellent listening skills coupled with the capability to address client needs appropriately.
  • Exceptional focus on detail and skill in multitasking across competing priorities.
  • Proactive approach with accountability and follow-through on responsibilities.
  • Flexibility in managing a diverse range of duties and adapting to change.

Additional Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment medical exam, drug screening, and Ministry of Justice criminal history check.
