Job Summary
The Client Relations Team Leader is primarily responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment cycle and maintaining effective client and team relationships. This role involves ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish while handling documentation and activations of new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete recruitment workflow
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for new team members
- Facilitate the activation process for newly recruited personnel
- Preserve client data efficiently and securely
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both clients and new team members
