About the Role
We seek a dedicated individual passionate about delivering top-tier client experiences and excellence in luxury service. The role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity in enhancing client journeys, and the ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the UAE representative for Client Experience & Treatment initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and Maison's high standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and implement client experience and omnichannel projects.
- Enhance client engagement by organizing personalized treatments, VIP events, and establishing local partnerships.
- Manage gifting programs and client engagement tools with focus on precise targeting, distribution, and tracking efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting and operational activities, including expense monitoring, purchase order management, and process facilitation.
