Role Overview
The Client Advisor Support role focuses on assisting the Private Wealth team to deliver excellent wealth management services to high-net-worth clients. This position involves client servicing, onboarding and account maintenance, portfolio support, trade execution assistance, and collaborating with internal teams to guarantee a smooth client experience while complying with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Client Advisors with managing existing client relationships and daily needs.
- Support client onboarding processes including KYC verification and documentation handling.
- Help facilitate trade execution and liaise with clients and internal parties regarding trade matters.
- Ensure timely response to client inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Contribute to cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
- Support client engagement activities that foster asset under management (AUM) and revenue growth.
- Assist with periodic account reviews and ensure client documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Help prepare client proposals, presentations, and review documents.
- Assist in monitoring client portfolios and escalate any issues to the Client Advisor or Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide seamless service delivery.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Adhere to internal processes, control measures, and compliance guidelines.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead.
- Track sales pipelines regularly, including AUM and revenue figures, and prepare corresponding reports and materials for internal and client use.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in client-facing or financial services roles.
- Familiarity with banking, private banking, and wealth management operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in multitasking.
- Professional certifications like CFA or CFP are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A client-focused approach combined with a professional demeanor.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Motivation to learn and progress within a client advisory or wealth management environment.
