Role overview
Ventia is hiring a Cleaning Team Leader for its North Dandalup site in Western Australia. This opportunity is suited to someone who wants to move into a leadership role while keeping a steady weekday routine and a dependable work-life balance.
The position is a permanent onsite role supporting a small cleaning crew in a minesite environment. The start date is ASAP, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. There are no night shifts and no weekend shifts.
Pay is $30.71 per hour, with superannuation and an allowance included.
What you will do
You will work alongside the team while guiding and supporting them to maintain strong cleaning standards across the site.
- Lead a small cleaning team and work with them on the floor
- Keep site facilities cleaned to a consistently high standard
- Track stock levels and organise supplies when needed
- Escalate maintenance, safety, and facility-related issues
- Develop good working relationships with supervisors and other site stakeholders
Working pattern and conditions
- Location: North Dandalup, WA
- Employment type: Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm
