Position Details

Location: Midland, Ontario
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Hourly Wage: 20 dollars
Status: Current vacancy

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the building remains clean, attractive, and welcoming at all times
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, kitchens, and washrooms
Sweep and mop floors regularly
Clean windows and dust blinds
Handle garbage disposal appropriately
Maintain cleaning tools and products in clean, safe conditions
Monitor for repairs and communicate needs

Required Skills and Competencies

Understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation materials, and safe methods
WHMIS certification is advantageous
Physical fitness including reaching, kneeling, bending capabilities
Capability to carry and maneuver loads up to 50 pounds

Additional Requirements

Successful completion of a Canadian background check
