Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Cleaner for one of our apartment complexes. The role involves weekend shifts and demands flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common building areas such as lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows, laundry rooms, and social rooms through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Perform deep cleaning of vacant units including appliances, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies.
• Conduct exterior cleaning and upkeep of underground garages, parking areas, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops—tasks vary by location—and collect loose debris around the property.
• Notify the Resident Manager promptly about any significant issues affecting curb appeal, safety, or hazards.
• Work cooperatively within a team and follow instructions.
• Undertake additional duties as specified.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one and two years of relevant cleaning experience.
• Good customer service abilities coupled with a friendly attitude.
• Capability to lift and move heavy objects, including furniture, garbage bins, and appliances.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset.
