Civil Site Engineer

About the Role

AWF Infrastructure Private Limited seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee active residential building projects. The locations include Singaperumal Koil and Kandigai along Vandalur – Kelambakkam Road, handling an 11-villa project and a 6-unit apartment development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site ensuring workflow adherence.
• Maintain superior construction quality and skilled workmanship at all times.
• Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and related civil tasks.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to streamline operations.
• Monitor materials usage closely to avoid wastage and ensure proper application.
• Manage construction timelines and assess site progression consistently.
• Identify and minimize unnecessary costs and resource wastage during the build process.
• Ensure project completion within the allocated budget without sacrificing quality standards.
• Prepare and keep detailed site reports and precise measurements.
• Enforce safety regulations and proper conduct on the construction site.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.
• At least two years of pertinent civil construction experience, specifically on residential projects.
• Proficient in site supervision, coordination, and management of building works.
• Capable of controlling material consumption and construction expenses effectively.
• Strong sense of responsibility towards quality and project outcomes.
• Willingness and readiness to work onsite at active project locations.
• Immediate availability preferred for hiring priority.

Compensation and Terms

The monthly fixed salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000. Salary and performance assessments will take place after six months, with a potential increase based on merit and experience.
