Role Overview

The company is in search of a seasoned and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead their strategic direction and operational success. The CEO will be pivotal in crafting and executing long-term business strategies, enhancing overall company performance, broadening their project base, and nurturing critical client and stakeholder relationships across governmental and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the company to fulfill its strategic, operational, and fiscal goals.
• Formulate and enforce sustainable business growth plans.
• Guide business development initiatives and secure projects from both government and private sectors.
• Manage all technical, financial, administrative, and operational arms of the firm.
• Develop and sustain strategic alliances with clients, partners, and government bodies.
• Oversee financial health including profitability, KPIs, and efficiency metrics.
• Establish and align performance targets with corporate objectives.
• Lead senior management and cultivate a culture embracing quality, innovation, responsibility, and excellence.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi building codes, regulations, standards, and licensing prerequisites.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, negotiations, and strategic partnership discussions.
• Identify market trends to reinforce the firm’s standing and competitive edge.
• Promote ongoing process improvement across all sectors.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Possession of a valid professional classification by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• At least 10 years in engineering consultancy with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership positions within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrable success in business growth, project sales, and client relationship cultivation.
• Strong grasp of Saudi Building Code, engineering approvals, licensing processes, and building regulations.
• Proven skills in strategic planning, budgeting, financial risk management, and operational oversight.
• Expertise in optimizing operations, resource distribution, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English mandatory.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree considered advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory frameworks for engineering consultancy.
