Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in the Doha Metropolitan Area entails managing the executive office operations for senior leadership. The Chief Executive Officer is tasked with coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, managing communications, and ensuring timely progress on strategic projects. Daily duties include handling correspondence, compiling reports and presentations, supporting basic budgeting and accounting tasks linked to the office, and maintaining thorough record-keeping and documentation.

The role also involves interaction with various internal departments and external partners, delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support while strictly maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills for clear verbal and written interaction with stakeholders.
  • Competency in administrative support and office management to oversee executive schedules and workflow.
  • Customer service experience to professionally address inquiries and represent the office.
  • Basic accounting knowledge for supporting budgeting, expense management, and financial documentation.
  • Previous background in central banking, financial institutions, or governmental agencies is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or related disciplines; advanced degrees are considered a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong integrity, discretion, and dedication to confidentiality as well as regulatory adherence.
  • Proficiency with office software, productivity applications, and document management tools.
