They collaborate with enterprises, institutions, and key stakeholders to uplift standards of integrity and promote sustainable business practices.

Role Overview

As the organization embarks on a new growth trajectory and regional expansion, it seeks a Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director to spearhead its next phase of development and amplify its impact across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the formulation and implementation of the organization's strategic vision and annual objectives
• Facilitate regional expansion, notably across Saudi Arabia and the GCC to enlarge the organization's footprint and influence
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with corporate partners, donors, funding bodies, and strategic stakeholders
• Lead initiatives in fundraising and resource acquisition ensuring sustainable financial health
• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors on governance, strategic planning, and organizational progression
• Supervise day-to-day operations, financial management, and judicious resource distribution
• Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing, mission-aligned team
• Act as the organization's ambassador at regional and global fora, conferences, media, and partnership events
• Enhance organizational visibility, advocacy, and thought leadership throughout the region

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Substantial experience in senior leadership roles such as CEO or Executive Director
• Proven success in fundraising, partnership cultivation, and mobilizing resources strategically
• Expertise in governance collaboration, particularly interacting with Boards of Directors
• Deep knowledge of the GCC's corporate and institutional sectors, with preference for Saudi Arabia experience
• Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and driving sustainable organizational growth
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Background in nonprofit sectors, social impact, corporate governance, consulting, or mission-driven operations
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees such as Master’s or MBA are favored
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are an advantage
