About the Company
EnergeiaWorks is an expanding renewable energy development and asset management firm operating approximately 100MW of wind farms across the Midwest. With 20 employees and project ventures throughout the United States, the company is poised for significant growth, aiming to scale its portfolio to 500MW while diversifying into Battery Energy Storage Systems and extensive solar photovoltaic plants.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The CEO will spearhead the company's scaling efforts across the US market, collaborating closely with the board to devise and execute a strategic multi-year business plan. Key duties include overseeing daily operations, establishing scalable systems and organizational structures, and managing quarterly board engagement and shareholder communications. The CEO is charged with exploring organic growth opportunities as well as acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances, while preparing persuasive investment materials for potential stakeholders.
In addition, the role represents the company at industry forums, conferences, and investor meetings, articulating its vision and value proposition effectively.
