Role Overview
The school is hiring an energetic and well-informed Chemistry Teacher for Classes 11 and 12. The ideal candidate should have a solid command of the subject, be comfortable handling laboratory work, and be able to present chemistry in a simple, practical, and student-friendly way.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Chemistry lessons for Class 11 and 12, covering Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
- Design lesson plans, classroom tasks, and practice assignments.
- Supervise practical experiments and demonstrations while maintaining laboratory safety.
- Break down chemical reactions, equations, and numerical problems in a clear manner.
- Help students prepare for board exams and practical evaluations.
- Create and assess tests, assignments, and answer scripts.
- Keep the classroom orderly and encourage active student participation.
- Track student progress and share regular updates with parents and school leadership.
Skills Needed
- Strong grasp of Chemistry theory and real-world applications.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of lab procedures and safety practices.
- Capability to simplify difficult topics and calculations.
- Classroom control and student engagement skills.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
