About the Role
Alignerr is seeking chemistry specialists to contribute to training advanced AI systems. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing how AI analyzes and solves sophisticated scientific problems, influencing the future landscape of science and technology. Responsibilities
- Craft graduate-level chemistry problems spanning organic, biochemistry, physical chemistry, and chemical engineering to assess AI capabilities.
- Create detailed, logical solutions grounded in scientific principles.
- Review AI-generated answers for scientific correctness and depth.
- Collaborate with research teams to optimize chemistry benchmarks from undergraduate to master's level.
- Offer actionable feedback to progressively enhance AI responses.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or holder of a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in solving advanced chemistry problems.
- Clear and accurate scientific communication skills in writing.
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
- No previous experience with AI necessary; training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in data annotation or quality evaluation workflows.
- Familiar with AI language models or benchmark creation.
- Knowledge across various chemistry branches.
