Position Overview
Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Chef de Partie and take part in our Dalata Academy programs designed to provide essential culinary skills and knowledge. Gain valuable mentorship from experienced senior team members and seize the opportunity for career advancement through internal promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations.
- Follow directions from department managers and help oversee food quality and hygiene standards.
- Emulate the standards of excellence and efficiency set by the Head Chef.
- Strictly adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and timely service.
- Support kitchen colleagues in maintaining proper hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel kitchen or similar culinary role.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for food.
- Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Capability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and compliance requirements.
