About the Role
We are offering a promising job opportunity at a top American multinational company. The position available is as an Operation Associate based in Newtown, Kolkata. This role involves handling international chat-based, non-voice support tasks.
Job Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to manage international chat communications efficiently, providing backend support. Candidates will operate within a customer service environment without voice interaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants should have completed 12th grade or hold any graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English are essential.
- Applicants must not have prior Universal Account Number (UAN) or Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) records.
- Availability to join immediately is required.
Work Schedule
The job requires working in rotational shifts covering a 24x7 schedule. The work week consists of 5 working days followed by 2 rotational off days.
