Chartered Accountant

Overview

Rajiv Bhushan & Co. seeks a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee comprehensive accounting and financial processes ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial workflows.
• Prepare and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate audit activities with internal and external auditors.
• Oversee working capital management including cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Analyze MIS reports and present financial insights to company leadership.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and evaluate financial performance.
• Maintain accounting controls and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Lead and supervise the accounts department team.
• Utilize accounting software/ERP systems such as Odoo, Tally, or equivalent platforms.
• Assist management with financial planning, decision-making, and cost-containment efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant certified by ICAI.
• Possess 3 to 7 years of post-qualification professional experience.
• Proficient knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working autonomously and meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail ensuring financial accuracy.
