About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Channel Relation Executive based in Dubai to support the Business Development Manager. This role focuses on enhancing and expanding our network of real estate brokers and brokerage firms, driving new business opportunities, and managing daily business development tasks alongside administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with real estate brokers and brokerage companies within Dubai.
- Identify potential brokerage companies and encourage them to register and collaborate actively with Tiger Group.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with new brokerage partners to boost promotion and sales of Tiger's property units.
- Revitalize partnerships with dormant brokerage companies by understanding their business needs and maintaining ongoing communication to resume active collaboration.
- Serve as the main liaison for brokers, ensuring prompt communication, follow-up, and support.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in expanding the broker and channel partner network.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Finance to facilitate seamless business development operations.
- Oversee broker onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and data are correctly collected and maintained.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date broker records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Track broker activities to identify opportunities for increased engagement and sales performance.
- Produce regular reports, presentations, and trackers relevant to business development progress.
- Organize meetings, calls, presentations, and onsite visits involving brokers and business partners.
- Support the planning and execution of broker-focused events and business development initiatives.
- Manage daily administrative duties related to business development and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.
- Provide consistent updates to the Business Development Manager on broker registrations, engagement levels, reactivation efforts, and business opportunities.
- Contribute to meeting the team's objectives and KPIs within the business development domain.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 2 years of professional experience within Dubai's real estate sector, business development, broker relations, or sales support roles.
- Preferably possesses an existing network and solid relationships with brokers and brokerage firms in Dubai.
- Demonstrated capability to onboard new brokerage companies and foster business partnerships.
- Experience in reactivating inactive brokers or accounts is beneficial.
- Background with real estate developers will be advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market and broker environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills, with an aptitude for follow-ups and coordination.
- Competence in administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively supporting management needs.
- Professional demeanor with proactivity and attention to detail.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE or readily available to work from Dubai.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary up to AED 10,000, commensurate with experience.
