About the role

Henkel’s Chaingers: Operations Leadership Program is a flagship development opportunity for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience who are ready to take the next step in manufacturing operations. It is built for people who want broader accountability, stronger operational influence, and a defined path toward leadership.

Based at the Dammam plant in Saudi Arabia, this position offers practical exposure across the full operations value chain, including production, operational excellence, smart factory initiatives, digital transformation, and people management. You will work on important shopfloor projects, contribute to measurable improvements, and partner closely with plant leadership while also benefiting from regional and global learning opportunities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or Production/Manufacturing.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production, or plant-based roles; experience in the manufacturing or chemical sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a practical, action-oriented approach.
• Genuine interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, operational excellence, and leading teams.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultural backgrounds.
• Availability to work full time on-site in Dammam; remote or hybrid working is not applicable.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Ambition and potential to progress into leadership roles within operations.
