Role Overview
CorroHealth is hiring certified Lab & Pathology Coders for its Chennai office. This is a full-time, work-from-office role, and immediate joiners are preferred.

What You Will Do
- Review laboratory and pathology documentation and translate it into precise medical codes.
- Apply the right ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes from the clinical records available.
- Study lab reports, pathology findings, and physician notes to support correct code selection.
- Follow coding rules, payer instructions, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Work consistently to maintain strong accuracy and productivity levels.
- Detect coding errors or mismatches and correct them appropriately.
- Keep yourself current on code set revisions and changes in healthcare compliance requirements.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates must hold a valid coding certification such as CPC, CCS, COC, or an equivalent credential.
- Prior experience in lab and pathology coding is preferred.
- A solid grasp of medical terminology, human anatomy, and diagnostic processes is important.
- The role requires careful attention to detail and good analytical ability.
- Applicants should be comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
