CCTV Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Operator for a position based in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. This role involves vigilant monitoring of CCTV cameras to ensure security and safety within the premises. The job requires an individual with good observational skills and the ability to respond appropriately to any incidents.

Key Duties

• Continuously observe CCTV footage to detect any suspicious activity.
• Report unusual occurrences or security breaches promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and daily reports related to CCTV monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with security personnel and supervisors to maintain site safety.
• Perform regular checks on CCTV equipment and report any technical faults.
• Respond effectively to emergencies in compliance with the established site Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of CCTV monitoring operations.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Fundamental computer knowledge is essential.
• Ability to stay attentive and responsible during shifts.
• Open to fresh graduates and those new to this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000.
• Timely salary disbursement.
• Eligibility for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) as applicable.

Work Schedule

The position involves 8-hour workdays under a rotational shift system.
