Cart Attendant

Position Summary

Cart Attendants at our Suffolk, VA Walmart Supercenter ensure that customers receive a welcoming first and last impression by managing shopping carts efficiently. This role involves collecting carts from outside parking areas, using equipment to transport them inside the store, and upkeeping the cleanliness and sanitation of all carts, regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges between $15 and $28, not less than the local mandated minimum wage.
• Additional monetary rewards including annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Pay premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on shift schedule, store location, seasonality, or specific tasks, with potential for multiple premiums if criteria overlap.
