Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Career Coach to guide clients through career planning, job search strategies, and professional advancement. Responsibilities include assisting clients in exploring career options, developing effective job search plans, and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency. Coaches will provide resume and cover letter feedback, interview preparation, personal branding advice, and networking strategy development. They will also offer support in salary negotiation, leadership growth, freelancing skills, and broader professional networking. The ideal candidate possesses practical experience assisting professionals with career transitions or growth, has in-depth knowledge of the current job market, and applies a structured, practical approach to coaching that encompasses both immediate job search skills and long-term career development.
Work Environment and Expectations
Coaches set their own schedules and rates, conduct sessions virtually, and collaborate with the Leland team to ensure every client receives high-quality, supportive guidance.
