Role overview
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with plant control systems and power plant operations. Your day-to-day work will center on answering calls and emails promptly, understanding technical concerns, and guiding customers toward practical resolutions in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and requests through phone and email, focusing on plant control and operating systems.
- Record customer conversations, service cases, troubleshooting actions, and final resolutions accurately in the relevant systems.
- Partner with engineering and technical teams to raise, monitor, and close more complex issues.
- Check back with customers after support actions to confirm that the solution is working and that they are satisfied.
- Keep up to date with the company’s products, services, and technical offerings so that guidance remains accurate and useful.
What you need to bring
- A diploma, higher diploma, bachelor’s degree, or another relevant technical qualification, ideally in an engineering or technical field.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in power generation, industrial, or technical services environments.
- Strong spoken and written communication ability in both Arabic and English.
- Comfort using ticketing platforms and the ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly; Salesforce exposure is a plus.
- Good planning and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work well both independently and as part of a team.
