Role Summary

The Cafe Outlet Manager role, based full-time on-site in Salem and Coimbatore, entails managing daily cafe activities including opening and closing duties, staff oversight, and ensuring seamless service throughout operating hours. Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards; managing inventory and replenishment; liaising with suppliers; addressing customer inquiries and feedback; resolving service concerns promptly; and promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The manager also supports employee scheduling, provides basic staff training and guidance, monitors sales performance, controls costs, and reports operational metrics to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with professional handling of feedback and issue resolution.
• Skills in people management to supervise, motivate, schedule, and train cafe personnel.
• Clear and effective communication with customers, staff, and management.
• Capability in inventory control to maintain stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure timely restocking.
• Previous experience managing cafes, restaurants, or retail outlets is highly advantageous.
