Position overview
Ingenieurbüro Wichmann GmbH is looking for a full-time CAD constructor / technical system planner / technical drafter (m/f/d) to join the team as soon as possible in Bremen. The role focuses on planning and drafting work for building services systems, with a particular emphasis on healthcare-related projects.
Areas of work
- Wastewater, water and gas installations
- Heating supply systems
- Air handling and ventilation systems
- Utility supply systems
Key responsibilities
- Prepare technical drawings such as floor plans and schematic drawings for all relevant trades in both 2D and 3D
- Carry out technical calculations, including heating and cooling load calculations as well as pipe network calculations
- Determine quantities and material take-offs
Candidate profile
- Completed job-specific vocational training, for example as a technical system planner, technical drafter, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of planning and calculation for building services systems
- Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit (liNear) is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office applications
