Business Transformation Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a forward-thinking and outcome-focused Business Transformation Manager to spearhead major transformation projects that improve business outcomes, accelerate digital advancements, and boost organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive business transformation plans aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Steer digital change initiatives, operational improvements, and business modernization efforts.
• Conduct thorough analyses of business functions to identify possibilities for process refinement and innovation.
• Develop detailed transformation roadmaps, target operational blueprints, and actionable execution strategies.
• Drive business process reengineering and continuous enhancement programs.
• Oversee portfolios of transformation projects, including governance, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to ensure delivery of strategic goals.
• Design and deploy change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Track transformation progress through key performance indicators, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks relating to operations, finances, and projects.
• Support enterprise technology deployments including automation, ERP system optimization, and building digital capabilities.
• Prepare executive-level documentation such as reports, business rationales, presentations, and strategic advice.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement organization-wide.
• Provide mentorship to project teams and contribute to organizational skill development.
• Keep abreast of sector trends, advancing technologies, and best practices in transformation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, IT, Finance, or Engineering.
• In-depth understanding of business transformation, strategy formulation, organizational change, and operational excellence.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation, PMO leadership, or strategic improvement programs.
• Knowledgeable in Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.
• Well-versed in digital transformation efforts, automation solutions, ERP implementations, and optimizing business processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and adept problem-solving.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience creating business cases, defining target operating models, and charting transformation roadmaps.
• Demonstrated leadership capable of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, Visio or comparable business tools.
• High organization, planning proficiency, and governance management.
• Robust business insight, ethical standards, and adaptability to changing environments.
