Overview
Located in Austin, TX, this opportunity is with an innovative aerospace technology company revolutionizing advanced communications system development and manufacturing for mission-critical applications. As the organization grows, it seeks a Business Systems Analyst to enhance processes, systems, and workflows supporting engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine current business processes to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate intimately with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to grasp workflows and system needs.
- Develop detailed process mappings, documentation, and articulate business requirements.
- Perform data analysis employing SQL and various reporting tools.
- Facilitate improvements related to ERP and PLM systems.
- Detect process inefficiencies and suggest scalable, practical solutions.
- Participate in system implementation, testing phases, and user training sessions.
- Promote change management and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrates experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, or related business environments.
- Possesses insight into manufacturing, operations, or supply chain workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP and/or PLM platforms is essential.
- Preferable to have SQL proficiency.
- Exhibits excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in regulated or high-reliability sectors is beneficial.
