About Virtual Support Business
Virtual Support Business is an expanding outsourcing firm providing a range of services including Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, Technical Support, Appointment Setting, and Back Office Operations to clients worldwide in sectors such as Telecom, eCommerce, Medical, Logistics, and Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and communicate effectively with clients across international markets.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with daily business activities and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Availability and readiness to work during night shifts.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Open to candidates with no prior work experience.
