Program overview

What you will do

• Support customers in the financial services sector from day one in a live client setting.
• Help organizations improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital innovation, cloud technology, and end-to-end banking and insurance process solutions.
• Work with your team on projects that introduce innovative software products and help client business models perform successfully.
• Build a strong understanding of the company’s solutions as well as customer processes and operating models.
• Contribute in both client engagement and product development contexts, depending on project needs.

Required background

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or Finance.
• Strong analytical ability, including comfort with quantitative reasoning and business judgment beyond purely qualitative thinking.
• Ability to work in a structured manner with clear, disciplined logic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Drive to succeed and a strong motivation to create solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Interest in at least one relevant domain such as banking, embedded finance, or insurance.
• Prior experience in consulting or product development is an advantage, and candidates are encouraged to demonstrate their abilities with a sample or demo.
