Role Overview
The Business Sales Representative will work full time remotely, playing a key role in driving strategic and operational activities within Insight Genesis’ principal business sectors. The position entails analyzing business data and user interactions to find growth opportunities, drafting business plans and proposals, and shaping product and market strategies. Collaboration with cross-department teams will be essential to refine internal processes, elevate customer satisfaction, and ensure AI-driven insights align with company objectives and client expectations. Additional responsibilities include managing communications with stakeholders, supporting client engagements, and providing continuous input to optimize platform functionalities and services.

- Comfort engaging with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Preferred experience in B2B sales, technology sales, SaaS, enterprise software, consulting, finance, HR, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong analytical aptitude for interpreting data, identifying trends, and enabling data-backed decisions.
- Business acumen including business planning, strategy development, and operational enhancements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate effectively internally and externally.
- Customer service skills to understand client needs, address queries, and ensure a positive user experience.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or digital platforms and proficiency in finance, HR, education, or health areas is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
Compensation
This role offers a fully commission-based compensation structure without any limits on earning potential.
