About the Role

La Prairie Switzerland is a luxury Swiss skincare house recognized for its advanced cellular anti-aging treatments. The brand is hiring a Business Manager for its Brown Thomas counter in Dublin. In this position, you will represent the brand on the shop floor, set the tone for premium service, guide and energize your team, and help the counter deliver strong commercial results while protecting La Prairie’s high-end image.

What You’ll Do

  • Improve sell-out results at Brown Thomas Dublin while safeguarding the brand’s luxury presentation and client experience.
  • Hit and surpass retail sales goals by turning around underperformance, creating standout luxury service moments, and making the most of every commercial opportunity through strong team leadership.
  • Grow share in the prestige skincare market and keep activity aligned with La Prairie’s global strategy and business plan.
  • Serve as a model for the team, building a high-performance culture and supporting change through coaching, engagement, and disciplined execution.
  • Set and deliver annual retail sales and profitability objectives through strong planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Supervise, coach, develop, and performance-manage Beauty Advisors and Therapists, including absence handling and employee growth.
  • Put the retail strategy into action across counters and build productive relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
  • Help define weekly sales targets at market and store level, including Latest Estimate updates backed by sound commercial reasoning.
  • Create, implement, and review store business plans, promotional schedules, and event activity to drive growth and improve results.
  • Spot new opportunities to increase sales within brand rules, assess what works, and refine actions for better outcomes.
  • Own business performance for your area, share insights regularly, identify patterns, and act quickly on issues.

  • Create a team environment based on accountability, collaboration, recognition, and continuous feedback.
  • Identify onboarding needs for new consultants so they can quickly build service skills, selling capability, and target achievement within the first three months.
  • Ensure all in-store marketing, promotions, and brand activations are executed perfectly and in line with brand guidance.
  • Maintain premium visual merchandising and grooming standards to protect and strengthen the luxury positioning of the brand.
  • Build strong working relationships with department and store leadership through regular meetings, performance reviews, and business updates.
  • Present promotional plans, performance results, and consultant development progress to retail partners.
  • Identify local growth opportunities such as client events, pop-up spaces, personal shopping activations, and other initiatives that can increase client acquisition and sales.
