Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure timely loan repayments and reduce default rates.
• Source new business prospects via lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the rural finance domain.
• Perform market research to remain informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
• Formulate and implement cross-selling strategies for additional financial offerings like insurance products and credit cards.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to address and resolve queries related to tractor loan applications.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of professional experience in agribusiness lending, farm machinery financing, or rural financial services.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of NBFC rules and regulations concerning tractor loan issuance.
• Exhibit excellent communication capabilities to manage customer relationships effectively across all levels.
