Through its platform NoBrokerHood, it supports over 21,000 residential societies in 15 key cities by offering streamlined visitor management, billing, and community engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new brand partners for advertising in residential societies.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Analyze client needs to design effective marketing campaigns.
- Implement on-site promotional activities such as banners, lift advertisements, and door-to-door campaigns.
- Manage coordination with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
- Obtain necessary approvals from society management proactively to prevent last-minute challenges.
- Conduct regular visits to societies to strengthen relationships and seek new business prospects.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience ranging from 7 to 24 months in field sales or related field service roles is preferred.
