Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives and Managers in Dubai Silicon Oasis. These roles are designed for individuals enthusiastic about sales and eager to advance their careers within a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities specifically in staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing sectors.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
• Draft and present tailored proposals, quotations, and service contracts to prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Systematically maintain activity records and client interactions using CRM software.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in business development or client acquisition within Employer of Record (EOR) services, outsourcing, or business management sectors, preferably with sound knowledge of the UAE market.
• Strong track record of successfully generating new business and forging enduring client relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of staffing strategies, including permanent placements, contracts, and outsourcing models.
• Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales benchmarks.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

Additional Details

• Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
• Salary Ranges:
  • Business Development Executive: AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month
  • Business Development Manager: AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month
• Benefits: Medical insurance, annual leave, and an annual air ticket in accordance with company policies.
• Preferred languages include English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Tagalog, and Sinhalese.
