About the Role
A rapidly expanding SaaS company, having just achieved record sales quarters and developed a robust, high-velocity sales pipeline, is growing its commercial team. They seek a Business Development Representative (BDR) with 6 to 18 months of experience who demonstrates grit, resilience, and a competitive spirit drawn from sports, performance disciplines, training, or any area demanding consistent effort and perseverance. This is a founder-led company offering hands-on coaching, clear advancement opportunities, and a fast-paced learning environment with the potential for quick career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and qualify both inbound and outbound leads from an active sales pipeline.
- Schedule valuable meetings for the founder and Account Executive team.
- Conduct organized outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
- Continuously refine sales messaging and outreach sequences based on market feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to establish a scalable top-of-funnel sales process.
- Progress into a sales closing role upon demonstrating consistent performance and results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has between 6 and 18 months experience in a BDR or SDR position.
- Possesses a competitive mindset nurtured by sports, high-performance activities, training, or any discipline fostering resilience.
- Is coachable, energetic, and motivated by career growth and progression.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, founder-led settings.
- Strong communication skills paired with natural commercial instincts.
