Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative focused on the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This remote position based in Ireland or with flexible office options in Dublin, involves identifying and engaging potential clients that align with our services. Using our existing HubSpot leads alongside proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media, you'll uncover business challenges to see how HubSpot's solutions can meet their needs. Partner closely with multiple Account Executives to nurture these prospects and advance meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume outreach to generate qualified leads, targeting both new users and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with 2-3 Account Executives daily to devise and implement effective prospecting strategies.
- Arrange online product demonstrations for qualified prospects while striving to meet monthly targets.
- Research market opportunities to expand the customer base by understanding specific customer challenges using sales techniques like BANT.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong interest and dedication to building a career in tech sales.
- Previous experience in sales or prospecting in fast-growing, scaling businesses is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with effective strategies for achievement.
- Capability to handle objections and willingness to accept coaching.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for supporting business growth and an inquisitive attitude about technology trends.

Compensation
The complete cash package encompasses base salary, target commissions for eligible roles, and yearly bonus incentives. Selected roles also participate in the company's equity program, granting restricted stock units. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and qualifications with transparency as a core value.
Estimated annual cash compensation ranges between €45,000 and €61,000 EUR.
