Responsibilities
- Build and nurture connections with major customers and partners while identifying new business prospects.
- Ascertain the needs of customers and partners, promoting H3C's product portfolio and tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals and presentations suitable for clients.
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration within the team to secure projects and ensure their smooth execution.
- Meet or exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators each quarter.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Have over five years of direct or channel sales experience within ICT equipment manufacturing, distribution, or system integration sectors.
- Hands-on involvement with end users and demonstrable relationships with principal customers in target industries, such as Telco, ISP, MSP, or large enterprises.
- Skilled in identifying opportunities, devising competitive product strategies, and planning to enhance market position.
- Exhibit outstanding communication abilities along with a strong professional commitment.
- Proficient in both German and English languages.
