Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with at least six months of prior experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will actively engage in field visits, generate leads, interact with prospective clients, and foster new business opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct frequent field visits to engage with both potential and current clients.
- Identify and cultivate new business leads.
- Effectively communicate details of insurance products and services to clients.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers.
- Persistently follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales.
- Meet or surpass established sales and business objectives.
- Keep consistent records and reports of field visitations and sales-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a minimum of six months of work experience within the insurance industry to qualify for this role.
