About the Role

Flipkart Commerce Cloud is hiring a Business Development Representative to help build pipeline in the Middle East market. The position calls for solid experience in B2B SaaS prospecting along with familiarity with the fast-changing digital commerce environment across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and run outbound business development outreach aimed at retailers, marketplaces, brands, and other commerce-focused organizations.
  • Develop a strong qualified pipeline through active prospecting and account-based engagement.
  • Connect with senior decision-makers across Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Marketing, Retail Media, Merchandising, and Technology functions.
  • Work in close coordination with sales and marketing teams to support opportunity creation.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and follow consistent reporting practices.
  • Track retail technology developments in the region and stay aware of the competitive environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or inside sales.
  • Prior experience prospecting into Middle East markets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving pipeline generation targets.
  • Comfort with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in selling to retail, eCommerce, marketplace, or digital commerce businesses.
  • Exposure to Retail Media, AdTech, Pricing Intelligence, Commerce Platforms, or MarTech.
  • Understanding of buying behavior and business practices in GCC markets.

Work Schedule

This is a work-from-office role based in Bengaluru, India, with a 5-day work week. The shift timing is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
